Future Growth of Jasper Paul Digital Team
We are excited to announce that our digital team is growing! We are hiring two team members for our team: our Digital/Social Media Manager is a management role, while our Digital/Social Media Coordinator’s primary responsibilities center around client communications, copywriting, and strategic support. If you’ve pursued a role in digital media, you know that titles and team structures are different across agencies, and the title of “Social Media Manager” can be vastly different across organizations. We’ve done an incredible amount of work over the last year to define our digital team’s organizational chart to allow for growth in the future. With that, we want to give some clarity on these roles to ensure candidates apply for roles that best fit their experience.
The following information is meant to provide transparency in growth and expectations of the roles. We’ve found that social/media digital support is not a one-person job. We have built our team to provide management support for our teams so that no one feels like they are doing it alone. Our Digital team is led by Aspen Steiner, who will help support both of these new roles.
The Digital/Social Media Manager will report into Aspen, but also run day-to-day management of one of our account teams, Kate Weltmer (Digital Coordinator) and Shelby Wendl (Digital Admin). Digital/Social Media Coordinator serves as the day-to-day contact for 8-10 clients with support from both senior managers as well as Digital/Social Media Admin. This person’s three key responsibilities will focus on client services, copywriting, and strategic ideation. The Digital/Social Admin will be the primary person to develop content as well as do daily management for a majority of the accounts. This individual must have experience managing multiple accounts and preferably experience working directly with clients.
