Butler’s Pantry (1414 Park Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63104): Butler’s Pantry’s Easter catering is available for drop-off and pick-up orders with its Easter brunch collection menu (see photos here). Enjoy the Easter Brunch Collection ($600+, serves up to 12 guests) featuring options such as Carrot “Coffee Cake,” Fresh Salads, Maple Glaze Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Bourbon Glazed Ham, Breakfast Casserole, Farmer’s Strata, Vanilla Bean Bundt Cakes, and more. Café la Vie (7730 Bonhomme Ave., St. Louis, Mo. 63105): Café La Vie invites guests to celebrate Easter with the return of its full brunch buffet. The festive spread includes a made-to-order omelet station, carved honey-glazed ham, roasted salmon with dill cream sauce, applewood-smoked bacon, and buttermilk pancakes with warm maple syrup. Guests can also enjoy a fresh bakery display with croissants and danishes, seasonal salads, smoked salmon, and an indulgent dessert table with carrot cake, gooey butter cake, and assorted French macarons. Brunch will be served on Sunday, April 5, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. with tickets priced at $65 per adult and $25 for children 12 and under. Casa Don Alfonso (100 Carondelet Plaza, St. Louis, MO 63105): The Southern Italian eatery located in The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis will offer both an Easter Brunch on Sunday, April 5, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Brunch With The Bunny on Saturday, April 4, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Easter Brunch Details: Guests are invited to enjoy an elevated Southern Italian-inspired buffet featuring standout dishes such as Lamb Osso Buco served with risotto Milanese, Pasta ‘Ncasciata Siciliana with beef ragout, boiled eggs, Parma ham, mozzarella and tomato sauce, and Fried Cod with peperonata. Interactive stations include a Parmesan Wheel Pasta Station with tagliatelle, butter and black truffle, as well as a Ceviche Chef Live Station featuring the catch of the day with sweet potatoes, sweet corn, pickled red onion, tiger milk, cilantro oil, sesame, blackberry and sriracha mayo. Guests will have the option to enjoy bottomless mimosas, bellinis, and Casa Don Alfonso’s signature bucatini bloodies for an additional cost. Brunch with the Bunny Details: This festive, family-friendly celebration will feature Easter Bunny photo opportunities and the return of the hotel scavenger hunt. Menu highlights include a Tuna Tartare Station with capers, parsley, mustard, chili oil and lemon; Roasted Herb Lamb Shank served with herb roasted potatoes, roasted beetroot polenta, pan gravy and chimichurri; and Rigatoni allo Scoglio with octopus, branzino, mussels and shrimp in a light tomato white wine sauce. Sweet treats include Coconut Cream Bunny Cupcakes, Chocolate Pot de Crème Flowerpots, White Chocolate Mousse Easter Eggs and Brownie Carrots. Casa Boutique Specials: Casa Don Alfonso Boutique will offer seasonal Easter specials from March 28 through April 5, including Carrot Cake with cream cheese mousse, Coconut & Mango Chocolate Egg, Strawberry Lemon Loaf, and Key Lime Berry Tart.
Eckert’s Farm (951 S Green Mt Rd, Belleville, IL 62220): Celebrate spring at Easter Egg-Citement in Belleville, happening Saturdays and Sundays, March 21 through March 29, as well as Easter weekend on Friday, April 3 and Saturday, April 4. Kids can collect up to 12 eggs during Eckert’s Annual Egg Hunt, then enjoy a tractor ride, petting zoo, cookie decorating, seed planting, duck pond visits, and a special surprise from the Easter Bunny. Families can also snap a free photo in the Bunny photo scene, with an optional paid 4×6 printed photo available.
Tickets are $20 per child online or $30 at the door; adults are free. Check in at the Fun Corral upon arrival. Before the hunt, enjoy the Flippity Flop Breakfast at Eckert’s Country Restaurant, featuring sprinkle pancakes, a bunny fruit kabob, bacon, and a Sherbet Sunrise Drink for $7.50.
